Only when we are mentally ready for the fat loss journey will we make that very important first step.
Only when our WHY is big enough, clear enough and emotionally charged will we find the strength and courage to start changing and keep the process going.
The change needs to come from within us. Motivation can be drawn from outside with the help of a personal trainer, a friend, an exercise class instructor.
Fat loss is simple if and when we start it the right way round by completing a very important procedure – goal setting. When we successfully complete this procedure, the nutrition and training will come easy and fat loss will soon follow. If however we ignore this step – like most people do – we won’t have a very clear direction and our efforts won’t bring the desired results. Just saying “I want to loose fat” is not a clear enough goal.
